1. 本アプリに保存するデータ

本アプリに登録した名刺画像、氏名、会社名、部署名、役職、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、メモその他の名刺情報は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。

当方がこれらの登録データを独自のサーバーへ収集または保存することはありません。

2. データの書き出し・共有について

本アプリでは、利用者自身の操作によりCSVファイルの書き出し・取り込み、およびバックアップファイルの保存・復元を行うことができます。

書き出したCSVファイルやバックアップファイルには、登録した名刺情報が含まれる場合があります。これらを他のアプリやサービスへ保存または共有した場合は、保存先または共有先のプライバシーポリシー等が適用されます。

3. 広告について

本アプリは広告を表示しません。

4. アプリ内購入について

本アプリはアプリ内購入を利用しません。

5. 外部サービスについて

Google ML Kit

本アプリでは、名刺画像から文字を認識するOCR機能にGoogle LLCが提供するGoogle ML Kitを使用しています。

ML Kitによる入力データ（画像等）および認識結果の処理は端末内で行われ、これらの入力データや認識結果がGoogleのサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

一方、ML KitはAPIの性能・利用状況に関するメトリクスをGoogleへ送信するほか、不具合修正、更新されたモデル、ハードウェア互換性情報等を取得するためにGoogleのサーバーと通信する場合があります。

6. データの削除

本アプリに登録したデータは、本アプリ内の削除機能により個別または一括で削除できます。

本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリの端末内データはAndroidの仕組みに従って削除されます。

ただし、利用者自身が本アプリ外へ保存したCSVファイルやバックアップファイルは、本アプリの削除またはアンインストールでは削除されません。

7. 第三者への提供

当方は、本アプリに利用者が登録したデータを、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく第三者へ販売または提供しません。

ただし、本プライバシーポリシーに記載した外部サービスが、そのサービスの提供に必要な範囲で情報を取得または処理する場合があります。

8. セキュリティ

当方は、本アプリにおける利用者情報の不正な取扱いを防止するため、合理的な範囲で安全性の確保に努めます。

ただし、端末、通信、OS、外部サービスその他の環境に起因するすべてのリスクを完全に排除することを保証するものではありません。

9. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、本アプリの機能、利用する外部サービス、法令その他の事情の変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。

1. Data stored in the App

Business card images and information registered in the App, including names, company names, departments, job titles, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, and other business card information, are stored on the user’s device.

Corise Works does not collect or store this registered data on its own servers.

2. Data export and sharing

The App lets users export and import CSV files and save or restore backup files through user-initiated operations.

Exported CSV and backup files may contain registered business card information. If these files are saved to or shared with another app or service, the privacy policy or other terms of that destination apply.

3. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements.

4. In-app purchases

The App does not use in-app purchases.

5. Third-party services

Google ML Kit

The App uses Google ML Kit, provided by Google LLC, for OCR that recognizes text from business card images.

ML Kit processes input data, such as images, and recognition results entirely on the device. This input data and the resulting outputs are not sent to Google servers.

However, ML Kit may send metrics about API performance and utilization to Google and may contact Google servers to receive bug fixes, updated models, hardware compatibility information, and similar updates.

6. Data deletion

Data registered in the App can be deleted individually or in bulk using the App’s deletion features.

When the App is uninstalled, data stored by the App on the device is deleted in accordance with Android’s behavior.

However, CSV and backup files saved outside the App by the user are not deleted when the App is deleted or uninstalled.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Corise Works does not sell or provide data registered by users in the App to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by law.

However, third-party services described in this Privacy Policy may collect or process information to the extent necessary to provide their services.

8. Security

Corise Works takes reasonable measures to reduce the risk of improper handling of user information in the App.

However, no device, transmission method, operating system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to eliminate all security risks.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Corise Works may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes to the App’s features, third-party services, applicable laws, or other circumstances.
