1. 本アプリに保存するデータ

本アプリに登録したアイテム名、No.、所持数、購入日、購入価格、タグ、メモ、お気に入り情報、アイテム画像、在庫管理情報その他の登録データは、利用者の端末内に保存されます。

本アプリにはクラウド同期機能はなく、当方がこれらの登録データを独自のサーバーへ収集または保存することはありません。

2. データの書き出し・共有について

本アプリでは、利用者自身の操作により登録データおよび画像のバックアップファイルを作成し、選択した保存先へ保存できます。また、選択したバックアップファイルからデータを復元できます。

本アプリでは、アイテム情報を.cdbi形式のファイルとして他のアプリ等へ共有し、外部から受け取った.cdbiファイルを読み込むこともできます。

本アプリでは、登録データをCSVファイルとして出力し、CSVファイルからアイテムを入力できます。CSVファイルにはアイテム画像は含まれません。

本アプリ外へ保存または共有したバックアップ、.cdbi、CSVその他のデータには、保存先または共有先のプライバシーポリシー等が適用されます。

3. 広告について

本アプリの無料利用時には、Google LLCが提供するGoogle AdMobおよびGoogle Mobile Ads SDKを利用して広告を表示します。

これらのサービスにより、広告配信、分析、不正行為の防止等の目的で、以下の情報が自動的に収集または共有される場合があります。

• IPアドレスおよびIPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
• アプリの起動、タップ、広告表示・操作などの利用状況
• アプリや広告SDKの動作・診断情報
• 広告ID、App Set IDその他の端末またはアカウントに関連する識別子

Google Mobile Ads SDKによって送信されるデータは、通信時に暗号化されます。

また、本アプリではGoogle LLCが提供するUser Messaging Platform（UMP）を利用しています。地域や適用される条件に応じて、広告に関する同意情報の確認やプライバシーメッセージの表示が行われる場合があります。必要と判定された場合は、本アプリの設定画面から広告のプライバシー設定を開くことができます。

「広告非表示・登録無制限」を購入すると、広告は非表示になります。

4. アプリ内購入について

本アプリでは、「広告非表示・登録無制限」の一回限りのアプリ内購入を1商品提供しています。

在庫管理、自動計算、CSV入出力を含むその他の機能について、追加のアプリ内購入は必要ありません。

購入および決済処理はGoogle Playによって行われます。当方が利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得または保存することはありません。

本アプリは、商品情報、表示価格および購入状態の確認と購入済み機能の有効化に必要な情報をGoogle Playから取得し、端末内に購入済み状態を保存します。

5. 外部サービスについて

本アプリでは、以下のGoogle LLCが提供するサービスまたはSDKを利用しています。

• Google AdMob
• Google Mobile Ads SDK
• User Messaging Platform（UMP）
• Google Play Billing
• Google ML Kit（端末内OCR）

本アプリは、アイテム画像から文字候補を抽出するOCRにGoogle ML Kitを利用しています。OCRの画像解析および文字認識は端末上で実行し、クラウドOCRは使用しません。また、OCR対象画像や認識した文字列を当方のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。

Googleが公開するML Kitのデータ開示情報によると、ML Kit SDKは診断および利用状況分析のため、端末情報、アプリ情報、インストール単位の識別子、性能指標、API設定、機能の入力・出力サイズ、機能バージョン、イベント種別、エラーコード等を収集する場合があります。Googleは、これらのデータを通信時にHTTPSで暗号化し、同資料に記載された収集データを第三者へ移転しないと説明しています。

これらのサービスまたはSDKによって取得または処理される情報については、Googleが定めるプライバシーポリシーおよび各サービスの規定が適用されます。

6. データの削除

本アプリに登録したアイテムおよびタグは、本アプリ内の削除機能により削除できます。また、データベース初期化機能により登録したアイテム、タグおよび画像を初期状態へ戻すことができます。

本アプリをアンインストールすると、本アプリ専用領域に保存されているデータはAndroidの仕組みに従って削除されます。

ただし、利用者自身が本アプリ外へ保存したバックアップ、.cdbi、CSVその他のファイルは、本アプリの削除またはアンインストールでは削除されません。

7. 第三者への提供

当方は、本アプリに利用者が登録したデータを、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく第三者へ販売または提供しません。

ただし、本プライバシーポリシーに記載した外部サービスが、そのサービスの提供に必要な範囲で情報を取得または処理する場合があります。

8. セキュリティ

当方は、本アプリにおける利用者情報の不正な取扱いを防止するため、合理的な範囲で安全性の確保に努めます。

ただし、端末、通信、OS、外部サービスその他の環境に起因するすべてのリスクを完全に排除することを保証するものではありません。

9. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、本アプリの機能、利用する外部サービス、法令その他の事情の変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。

1. Data stored in the App

Item names, No., quantities owned, purchase dates, purchase prices, tags, notes, favorite status, item images, inventory management information, and other data registered in the App are stored on the user’s device.

The App does not provide cloud synchronization, and Corise Works does not collect or store this registered data on its own servers.

2. Data export and sharing

The App lets users create backup files containing registered data and images, save them to a selected location, and restore data from a selected backup file through user-initiated operations.

The App can also share item information with other apps as a .cdbi file and load a .cdbi file received from outside the App.

The App allows users to export registered data to CSV files and import items from CSV files. Item images are not included in CSV files.

Backup, .cdbi, CSV, and other data saved or shared outside the App are subject to the privacy policy or other terms of the storage or sharing destination.

3. Advertising

When the App is used without the “No ads and unlimited item registration” purchase, it uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK provided by Google LLC to display advertisements.

For purposes including advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, these services may automatically collect or share information such as:

• IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
• App launches, taps, ad impressions, ad interactions, and other usage information
• App and advertising SDK operation and diagnostic information
• Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device- or account-related identifiers

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

The App also uses Google LLC’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). Depending on the user’s region and applicable requirements, UMP may check advertising consent information and display privacy messages. When required, users can open advertising privacy settings from the App’s settings screen.

4. In-app purchases

The App offers one one-time in-app purchase: “No ads and unlimited item registration.”

Inventory management, automatic calculations, CSV import/export, and other features do not require an additional in-app purchase.

Purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play. Corise Works does not directly obtain or store payment information such as users’ credit card numbers.

The App obtains product information, displayed prices, and purchase status from Google Play as necessary to verify purchases and enable purchased features, and stores purchase status on the device.

5. Third-party services

The App uses the following services or SDKs provided by Google LLC:

• Google AdMob
• Google Mobile Ads SDK
• User Messaging Platform (UMP)
• Google Play Billing
• Google ML Kit (on-device OCR)

The App uses Google ML Kit OCR to extract text candidates from item images. Image analysis and text recognition are performed on the device; the App does not use a cloud OCR service. The App also has no feature that sends OCR source images or recognized text to Corise Works servers.

According to Google’s ML Kit data disclosure documentation, the ML Kit SDK may collect device information, application information, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics, API configuration, feature input and output sizes, feature version, event types, error codes, and similar information for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google states that the listed collected data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and is not transferred to third parties.

Information collected or processed by these services or SDKs is handled in accordance with Google’s privacy policy and the terms applicable to each service.

6. Data deletion

Items and tags registered in the App can be deleted using the App’s deletion features. The database initialization feature can also return registered items, tags, and images to their initial state.

When the App is uninstalled, data stored in the App’s private storage area is deleted in accordance with Android’s behavior.

However, backup, .cdbi, CSV, and other files saved outside the App by the user are not deleted when the App is deleted or uninstalled.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Corise Works does not sell or provide data registered by users in the App to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by law.

However, third-party services described in this Privacy Policy may collect or process information to the extent necessary to provide their services.

8. Security

Corise Works takes reasonable measures to reduce the risk of improper handling of user information in the App.

However, no device, transmission method, operating system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to eliminate all security risks.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Corise Works may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes to the App’s features, third-party services, applicable laws, or other circumstances.
